At this time our Hapag-Lloyd is completely offline. We are not able to add new tracking requests or update existing shipments. We will be working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

At this time ONE tracking website has is unavailable. As soon as it is available again we will be able to resume service.

OOCL Tracking Requests are down.

We discovered an issue which is preventing tracking requests for OOCL from being fulfilled. We anticipate fixing this issue by the end of the day.

Hapag-Lloyd integration is degraded

Hapag Lloyd tracking requests are now unaffected and all shipments are able ot be updated.
